Maintenance
LADS clears blocked gutters, removes roof moss and checks rooflines across Essex, working from tracked spider lifts so even high-level and narrow box gutters are reachable.
A blocked gutter is rarely just a blocked gutter. Water that cannot get away runs down the wall instead, soaks the render, finds the wall plate, rots the fascia and eventually shows up inside as a damp patch nobody connects to a handful of leaves three storeys up.
Clearing is the easy part. The value is in looking properly while we are up there — at the joints, the brackets, the flashings, the ridge, the verges and the state of the roof covering — so small problems get named while they are still small.
We check the roofline and, where a leak is already showing inside, consider a thermal drone pass to find where water is actually getting in.
Debris is removed rather than pushed along, joints and outlets are checked, and downpipes are flushed to confirm they run freely.
Moss is removed and, where growth keeps returning, dry steam deals with it without chemicals. Minor mortar, flashing and roofline repairs are carried out on the same visit.
You get a straight account of what we found, what we did, and anything worth watching before next winter.

Questions
Most properties benefit from a check once a year, and twice where there are overhanging trees. Autumn leaf fall is the usual trigger for a blockage.
Yes. That is one of the classic cases for a tracked spider lift, because the platform can be positioned without loading the glass or the flat roof.
Yes. Narrow and high-level box gutters on commercial buildings are regular work for us and are exactly where debris causes the most expensive damage.
Yes, honestly, and with photographs. We will also tell you when something does not need doing yet.
Yes. Moss is removed and, where it keeps coming back, 150 °C dry steam kills the growth without chemicals running off into your garden.
Yes. Gutter clearing and roof maintenance run across Essex from our Wickford yard, from domestic roofs to high-level box gutters in Thurrock and Basildon, and further afield by arrangement. See every area we cover.
